The Best of 2016 is finally here! The always free ebook can be downloaded in multiple formats below and physical copies are available at Amazon!
This sophomore entry of -30- Press Quarterly compiles not only the October, November, and December winners of NoSleep’s monthly contest but also the Best Stories of 2016! This issue will take you from a “pill mill” on the Floridian peninsula to a research station in Antarctica to a realm of pain and terror where “feeding the pig” is a mandatory chore. You’ll learn why it might not be in your best interest to teach crows to find loose change for you and you’ll discover the rules to play the game of Seven Doors (if you dare). This double-sized issue of -30- Press Quarterly is packed with four times the horror and is not to be missed!
For the unaware, the independent company -30- Press has taken over publication of what used to be called the NoSleep eBook and has renamed it -30- Press Quarterly. This was done to be able to sell physical copies and audiobooks that keeps this site – and the free ebooks it hosts – free and thriving forever. If you like the content we and NoSleep are providing, consider buying your favorite issue on Amazon.

First off, I want to point out that the ebook will always be free right here on this site.
I’m excited to announce that the first physical copy of -30- Press Quarterly (formerly the NoSleep eBook) is available at Amazon! Click here to see the book.
The Best of 2016 issue is coming out in the next few weeks in both free ebook and print form AND we plan on partnering with narrators to make an audio version of each book.
Halloween is on a Monday this year. What an absolute bummer. If you’re stuck at work or anywhere else that would be inappropriate to dress in a toga and drink Jagermeister at 10 AM, the NoSleep eBook is here to help!
Beyond making your normal workday more dark and dreary, this issue marks an exciting time in the evolution of the NoSleep eBook; this is the LAST issue of the NoSleep eBook. Ever.
It’s fitting for us to die on Halloween.
But don’t worry! Like a vampire who feasts exclusively on zombies, we’ll still bring you the winners from NoSleep’s monthly contest collected in an easy to read format. With the next issue, the Best of 2016, this publication will fall under the auspices of -30- Press, a publishing company started by myself, Ashley Holzmann (AsForClass) and Raff Marmol (Human_Gravy). We’ll continue offering the ebook for free, but we’ll also provide options to purchase paper- and hardback copies. The revenue generated from purchases of the ebook will fund upkeep and hosting of this site, monetary prizes for the monthly winners, and allow us to pay our artists for their always stunning work on the cover.
Enjoy this final issue of the NoSleep eBook and join us in 2017 for a new and better publication!

Would you like one more ad? Really? OK. One of my favorite authors is Richard Matheson. Pick up a collection of his short stories at Amazon! Or wherever. He’s really great.
I’m re-releasing this issue of the eBook because I recently got an email from the author known as TheBoyInTheClock, creator of the Spire in the Woods series. He’s entered into book discussions with a publisher and needed most of the story removed from the eBook. That gave me an excuse to go back and add some css to the ereader files and completely change the PDF (for the better). If you’ve never read this issue of the eBook, it’s an absolute classic! Contained within are the instant hit Autopilot and one of the most popular tales in the Boothworld series.
